Thomas O'Malley Flufferpants meets Murkin for the first time. He was scared of dogs at first, so I let him slowly get used to Murkin from a distance. Then I started giving him treats and pets with Murkin sitting about 20 feet away. Finally, after about a month of this, I let them meet for the first time. And it went really well!! About Thomas O'Malley Flufferpants: Mr. Flufferpants is a stray kitty we rescued. When we found him, he was living as a feral kitty in my apartment complex. He was covered in fleas, missing large patches of fur, and had an eye infection. I had him neutered, scanned for a microchip, and vaccinated. I feed him a hypoallergenic prescription diet now, and his fur is growing back in quite nicely. We also discovered during our physical exam that he has a heart murmur and also needs some dental work. So for right now he is staying with me until I can save up enough $ to get his teeth extracted, and then he will be adopted out into a loving home. About Murkin: Murkin is a shelter dog! He was born in 2003 and we think he is a great pyrenees/lab/golden retriever/australian shepherd mix. I adopted him from our local shelter when he was about 6 months old.
